All ecommerce orders from Pringle of Scotland and our Partners are prepared and packed with the greatest care using sustainable packaging. Each garment is wrapped in acid free tissue paper and carefully placed in a cardboard box which is sealed with craft tape. All packaging components are made from recycled and recyclable materials only.

Delivery times are estimated and timeline commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working day.

All orders are shipped from the UK.

We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
