Delivery to the United Kingdom is Free for orders over £70. Orders are sent DPD Next Day delivery excluding Highlands and Islands where the service is 2 days.
Pringle of Scotland have partnered with Global-e, so that you can buy and ship our products to over 200 destinations worldwide. Global-e provide a third party service acting as your seller of record, and you will see that your payment method is charged by Global-e, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which are presented at the checkout and below.

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide and the shipping tax and duty costs are calculated and displayed in the checkout. We offer Express Courier (Air) and Tracked Standard delivery options to each market.
Express Courier (Air) shipments are shipped using DHL Express GoGreen Plus Air courier service reducing delivery emissions by using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to deliver your orders.
Tracked Standard shipments are sent through tracked local couriers and postal services and the delivery times quoted in the checkout are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. These services can become very busy over peak periods and unfortunately delays can occur.
We strongly recommend using Express Courier (Air) shipments if your delivery is required for any specific date as the dates shown against Tracked Courier services are an indication and cannot be guaranteed especially at peak times.
All delivery times are quoted in working days.
You can opt to prepay guaranteed tax and duty costs in the checkout or pay on delivery.
Orders being shipped to the United States that contain Chinese manufactured products will require formal clearance, and you will be required to provide importer's identification number on the CBP Form 7501- Entry Summary. Therefore, DHL or the courier will request this information as either the Employers Identification Number (EIN) tax identification number assigned by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or the importer's social security number. Tax and duties for orders being shipped to the United States will be calculated in the checkout using the current tariff rates. US Sales Tax is also charged on deliveries into the United States.
We are currently unable to refund duty paid on goods being returned from the United States as we are unable to get this refunded by US Customs.
Local tax and duty is charged on orders being shipped into the EU and this is included in the price shown in the checkout.
The UK-EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA) deal, implemented on 1 January 2021, has resulted in additional costs for all orders crossing the UK-EU border, and additional duties for orders that do not meet the duty exemption criteria. Orders that cross the UK-EU border are only exempt from duty if the Country of Origin of the products is the UK. Products that are not of UK origin, including products manufactured in the EU, are subject to import duties at EU customs. These duties are now being calculated in the checkout, so our customers will not have to pay any additional charges when the goods are imported into the EU. Taxes are also being charged at the time of import, so we are removing tax from the products before adding it back in the checkout.
Orders are shipped by DPD in the UK and DHL Express for the express deliveries to rest of the world. Estimated UK and Express Courier (Air) delivery times from date of shipment are as follows;
United Kingdom - Next day if ordered before 12pm, Mon-Fri
Europe - 2-5 working days
US - 3-6 working days
Rest of the world - 2-8 working days
Tracked standard delivery is sent via a tracked courier or postal service depending on the final destination and the estimated delivery time for each market is quoted in the checkout. Tracked Standard shipping times from the date of shipment are as follows:
Europe - 4-11 working days
US - 5-14 working days
Rest of the world - 4-20 working days

All ecommerce orders from Pringle of Scotland and our Partners are prepared and packed with the greatest care using sustainable packaging. Each garment is wrapped in acid free tissue paper and carefully placed in a cardboard box which is sealed with craft tape. All packaging components are made from recycled and recyclable materials only.
