London Fashion Week

Our Autumn/Winter '17 Womenswear show was held at One Marylebone, a former church built in 1826 and designed by Sir John Soane. With its sweeping staircase and abundance of natural light, it is the perfect 'classic meets contemporary' location to showcase Pringle collections.

The Autumn/Winter '17 collection designed by Womenswear Director Fran Stringer celebrates Pringle's heritage, and its history as a pioneering brand. The traditional art of the 'great wrap' in Highland dress was a key reference for shape and silhouette, with reinterpretations of tartan, check and argyle prints. Archive pieces for former Head Designer Wallace Shaw were also a source of inspiration, influencing bold florals printed on knitwear, a technique introduced by Mr Shaw in the 1960s.
