Delivery to the United Kingdom is Free for orders over £250 and £5.95 for orders under that value.
Delivery to the United States is free for orders over £500, and £30 for orders under that value. Import duty and tax is calculated on orders over $800 and this will appear as part of your shipping charge. All orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid.
Orders over $800 to the United States will require formal clearance, and you will be required to provide importer's identification number on the CBP Form 7501- Entry Summary. Therefore, DHL or Customs will ask for this information as either the Employers Identification Number (EIN) tax identification number assigned by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or the importer's social security number. Delivery to Europe is free for orders over £500, and £20 for orders under that value. Import duty and tax is calculated on orders for delivery outside of the UK and this will appear as part of your shipping charge. All orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is free for orders over £300, and £30 for orders under that value. Import duty and tax is calculated on orders and this will appear as part of your shipping charge. All orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid.
We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
We are unable to refund customs duty, tax and charges on returns from outside the UK. Please contact our Customer Services team at customer.services@pringlescotland.com if you want to return anything from outside the UK to obtain a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Tax and duty will be calculated on orders being shipped into the EU in the checkout.
The UK-EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA) deal, implemented on 1 January 2021, has resulted in additional costs for all orders crossing the UK-EU border, and additional duties for orders that do not meet the duty exemption criteria. Orders that cross the UK-EU border are only exempt from duty if the Country of Origin of the products is the UK. Products that are not of UK origin, including products manufactured in the EU, are subject to import duties at EU customs. These duties are now being calculated in the checkout, so our customers will not have to pay any additional charges when the goods are imported into the EU. Taxes are also being charged at the time of import, so we are removing tax from the products before adding it back in the checkout.
Orders are shipped by DPD in the UK and DHL Express for the rest of the world. Estimated delivery times from date of shipment are as follows;
