E-gift cards are redeemable online.

Your e-gift card will be emailed instantly to your recipient once you have completed the purchase or you can choose a date for it to be sent.

Your gift card can only be redeemed online in the currency of your purchase subject to the exchange rate. Please note there maybe a fluctuation in exchange rate in currency of payment between date of purchase and date of redemption.

Please keep a record of the E-gift card number, it will be required for any purchases.

Shipping

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide and the shipping tax and duty costs are calculated and displayed in the checkout. We offer Express Courier (Air) and Tracked Standard delivery options to each market.

Express Courier (Air) shipments are shipped using DHL Express GoGreen Plus Air courier service reducing delivery emissions by using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) to deliver your orders.

Tracked Standard shipments are sent through tracked local couriers and postal services and the delivery times quoted in the checkout are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. These services can become very busy over peak periods and unfortunately delays can occur.

We strongly recommend using Express Courier (Air) shipments if your delivery is required for any specific date as the dates shown against Tracked Courier services are an indication and cannot be guaranteed especially at peak times.

 

UK: £5.95 (Free for orders over £100)

US: Free Tracked Standard shipping for orders over $380

EU: Free Tracked Standard Shipping for orders over €340

 

Shipping charges to the EU are calculated to deliver your order with all costs included (including freight, VAT, any applicable duties, and clearance and custom's administrative charges). You will not have any additional charges to pay when the goods are delivered to you.
